Inorganic Pigments are made up of mineral compounds, which can be obtained either from naturally occurring mineral sources or synthetic minerals sources.
They offer outstanding chemical resistance in conjunction with excellent heat stability thus, can withstand the impact of sunlight efficiently and are more durable as compared to organic pigments.
They are opaque, have high quality colour strength, are easy to disperse and offer equally high light resistance and weathering resistance in mass tone and reduction. These pigments also increase rash inhibition, abrasion resistance and rigidity to the molecules. Further, they are insoluble in organic solvents and plastics.
These pigments have special chemical characteristics which make them absolutely compatible in paints, inks and plastics.
